To design your own casting, let us know what you would like, as far as theme, colors, size. The proto types take 3-6 weeks and require a non-refundable design fee. You approve the wax or clay sculpture, then we produce a casting. We can also do a sculpted border tile.

CASTINGS: The most amazing pieces we produce. We make a model or sculpture out of wax or clay, sometimes using actual organic matter such as vegetables, make a master mold then tweak the master and make the needed number of molds for the client's installation. We then use the Pate de verre  - or glass paste method of layering in small pieces of glass frit where the colors are needed.

     Most of these molds are destroyed in order to get the piece of of them because our castings have a lot of dimension. So the entire process is an art. The results are worth it.
